Project Overview
A comprehensive company profile and CRM web solution for Upala Coffee & Eatery in Jatiwaringin, Bekasi. The platform showcases the brand story, menu highlights, and provides an admin dashboard for customer management and order tracking.
My Role
Frontend Developer & UI/UX Designer responsible for implementing UI templates and designing interactive prototypes for the company profile and CRM dashboards.
Challenges & Solutions
Organizing extensive menu and organizational information into a cohesive profile site, ensuring intuitive CRM workflows for admins, and maintaining responsive performance across devices.
Project Development Process
Analysis & User Research
Conducted stakeholder interviews with cafe owners and staff to understand business needs, mapped user journeys for both customers and admins.
Wireframing & UI Prototyping
Created low- and high-fidelity wireframes for the company profile pages and admin CRM dashboards in Figma, iterated based on feedback.
Development & Implementation
Built responsive front-end templates in Laravel Blade and integrated TailwindCSS, then developed core CRM functions including user management and order processing.
Testing & Iteration
Conducted usability tests with cafe staff, gathered feedback on CRM usability, and refined interfaces to improve efficiency and clarity.
Handoff & Deployment
Compiled comprehensive documentation and style guides, and collaborated with back-end developers to deploy the solution on production servers.
